Milan, Italy: India’s growing influence in the global creative and cultural landscape received another significant acknowledgement in Italy as internationally acclaimed media personality, educationist and cultural diplomat Rtn. Dr. Sandeep Marwah was honoured at a special ceremony held at the Hilton Hotel in Milan.
Dr. Marwah, President of Marwah Studios, Founder of Noida Film City and Chancellor of AAFT University of Media & Arts, received the prestigious recognition for his remarkable 13 World Records in the Media and Entertainment Industry, along with his extensive contribution to cinema, television, media education, creative industries and international cultural cooperation.
The ceremony was graced by Hon’ble Dr. Paolo Donato Bertorelli, Mayor of Menconico, Italy. The honour was presented by Sir John Martin Thomas, President of the Association of Republic of Italians in the World (India), and Alberto Carlo Rivolta, who acknowledged Dr. Marwah’s exceptional professional journey and his commitment to building international understanding through creativity and culture.
The recognition assumed added significance as Dr. Marwah was visiting Milan as Brand Ambassador of BRICS+ Fashion and Lifestyle, representing India and promoting the country’s expanding creative potential before an international audience. His presence highlighted the increasingly important role of fashion, cinema, media, design, education and cultural exchange in strengthening relationships among nations.
