An alumnus of IIT Delhi, Mr. Minda brings over five years of experience in automotive manufacturing, industrial administration, and international joint ventures. He currently leads multiple operating companies within the Group and has played a key role in strengthening manufacturing depth and operational integration across business verticals.
Under his strategic leadership, JP Minda Group made a focused entry into electric public transport, reflecting its commitment to clean mobility and next-generation engineering. The Group accelerated development of EV-specific components, including electrical systems, lightweight precision parts, and safety and signalling technologies.
A significant milestone during this phase has been the Group’s involvement in electric bus manufacturing and public transport electrification, contributing to India’s evolving urban mobility framework. His leadership has also supported the expansion of capabilities in battery systems and power electronics, aligning the Group with emerging electric mobility requirements.

Representing the third generation of leadership, Mr. Anirudh Minda brings international exposure, engineering training, and a modern operational perspective to the Group.
He holds an MBA from IESE Business School, Spain, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan, USA. His professional experience includes roles at Mercedes-Benz USA and Maruti Suzuki, along with participation in advanced engineering and mobility-related projects during his academic and professional journey.
Within the Group, Mr. Anirudh Minda has introduced a technology-driven outlook with a focus on innovation, manufacturing efficiency, and global scalability, while remaining aligned with the organisation’s core values and long-term vision.
