Karnani Expands Across England and Launches New Property Management Division

Karnani, an established provider of quality HMO accommodation across England, is continuing its growth with the expansion of its property portfolio and the launch of a new professional property management division.

The company provides a range of accommodation across numerous towns and cities in England, from whole-house lets through to individual room lets, with all bills included. Having successfully operated since 2020, Karnani’s portfolio has now grown to hundreds of properties and rooms across England.

The business is led by James Beck, who is based in London and brings 26 years of experience within the real estate industry. Having worked across four different countries internationally, James has developed extensive industry knowledge, experience and a broad network of professional contacts.

Karnani works closely with the relevant local authorities and city councils in the areas in which it operates and holds a number of HMO licences across its portfolio. The company is also registered with the Property Redress Scheme, providing customers and landlords with an additional level of professional accountability and protection.

Karnani is also registered with MyDeposits, a government-approved tenancy deposit protection scheme, ensuring that deposits are handled in accordance with the relevant requirements.

Expansion Into Property Management

Building on its experience of operating and managing its own property portfolio, Karnani is now expanding its services to offer professional property management to landlords across England.

The new service will provide landlords with access to Karnani’s experienced property management team, established contractor network, technology infrastructure and extensive knowledge of the HMO and residential property sectors.

As part of the service, Karnani will market suitable properties through leading UK property portals, including Rightmove and Zoopla, helping landlords maximise exposure to prospective tenants.

The company has developed an experienced team of property managers who oversee the day-to-day management of properties, with a focus on providing landlords and tenants with a smooth, professional service.

Karnani also works with a wide network of trusted contractors, allowing the business to respond efficiently to maintenance and property-related requirements.

Technology-Led Tenant Management

Technology is also central to Karnani’s approach.

The company utilises state-of-the-art CRM and property management systems, giving tenants access to their own online tenancy accounts. Through these systems, tenants can manage key aspects of their tenancy, access relevant information and communicate with the management team through a centralised platform.

This technology-led approach is designed to improve communication, transparency and efficiency for both landlords and tenants.

With its established operational infrastructure, extensive property experience and growing team, Karnani is now looking to build on its success since 2020 and establish its property management division as a significant new part of the business.

James Beck, Owner of Karnani, said:

“We are incredibly proud of what Karnani has achieved since we began operating in 2020. Having built a substantial property portfolio and developed a strong operational team, we now feel the time is right to bring our experience and infrastructure to other landlords.”

“Our aim is simple: to provide landlords with a professional, technology-driven property management service while delivering quality accommodation and a positive experience for tenants. We have built our business around the practical realities of managing property, and we believe that experience gives us a strong foundation as we enter this next stage of our growth.”
